What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 30 days. Whether you come for a month, a few months or a semester, we are here to help.

What is the check-in procedure?

Upon signing an rental agreement and first month payment, you will receive a door code and further instructions.

Is there a parking available?

Yes, there are two covered parking spaces in front of the house and plentiful street parking in the neighborhood.
